Johnny Miller Part One

Spied the portfolio of Johnny Miller and recognized his fabulous work for Kate Spade. Who doesn’t love a bit of retro collage? (via Armas Design)

I’ve just been obsessing over this archive ever since 100 Layer Cake‘s post on Friday. IAMPETH is the International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers and Teachers of Handwriting. Their official website showcases historic specimens of their members’ work as well as gorgeous scans of rare books. Can’t get enough.

Wishing you all a very happy Valentine’s Day. Loved these cookies from the roundup over at Martha Moments. xoxo
Yum.

Suno New York‘s Spring/Summer 2009 collection is completely drool-worthy. Love the mix of prints and vibrant color. What’s even better is that each piece is made from vintage Kenyan kangas. Suno designer Max Osterweis has been collecting Kenyan kangas for some time and began making these pieces from the vintage cloth. Each piece is produced in Kenya by Kenyan artisans in small shops based on designs originating in New York. The result is a collection of 1000 unique and individually numbered pieces. According to the Pipeline, the range for this collection is $95-$595 and will be available at Opening Ceremony in NYC and LA. (via Refinery29 Pipeline)

Feeling the easy, slouchy, laid-back looks at Rag & Bone.

Lovely palette, loving the mixing of black and white stripes with that metallic texture at Rachel Roy. (And holy orange floral print!)
