Ginette NY

I love the delicate intertwined pendants from jeweler Ginette NY. I keep meaning to visit the boutique downtown but haven’t made it quite yet. For now, I admire the work on ShopBop. These pendants say “Joy” and “You” in 14-carat gold. A co-worker has a personalized monogram of her initials and it is so gorgeous… The personalized pendants are smaller than the ones above but still as delicate. Such a perfect gift.

"Joy" pendant, $720. "You" pendant, $792. Both pendants on a 16" chain in 14-carat gold.

Tim Walker

My boss showed me the Fotographie issue for fashion photographer Tim Walker and I immediately fell in love with his work. Glam, decay, fantasy, impressive lighting… it’s all there. See more of his work here.

Work from his portfolio.

Libertine for Target GO! International

Caught the preview for this fall’s Target’s GO! International line by East-West (Coast) design house Libertine on Target.com. It’s a mix of shorts and long sleeved tops, lean jeans and lots of stripes and great pattern (look at that cornucopia printed blouse!). While it isn’t nearly as grand as the Libertine we’re used to seeing, there’s some interesting wearable stuff obviously designed with mass-market in mind… They have definitely kept their signature style with skull patterns in sweaters and great silkscreened bits on the shorts and tees and blouses. I’m loving the shirt dress and that ruffle-neck jacket. Also the Lace Bolero (Look 2) and all of Look 16 (not shown above… there were just too many to choose from!)

Be sure to check out Patrick Robinson’s GO! International line when it rolls out this Sunday, May 6th! See my picks here.

Ruffle-Neck Jacket, $39.99. Silk Cami, $19.99. Shorts, $19.99. Striped Tunic, $17.99. Hat, $14.99. Striped Shirtdress, $29.99. Eyelet Shirt, $24.99. Skirt, $34.99. Printed Shirt, $21.99. Crepe Dress, $39.99.

Lola&Bailey

I got a wonderful email from Cheri and Theresa of Lola&Bailey and had to post their graphic jewelry. The collections are based on a fictional couple, Lola and Bailey, and are designed to capture the various stages of their romance. Cute concept. Each piece is made of layers of acrylic and are hand riveted together with sterling silver rivets on silk strands with a magnetic clasp. They will be showing at Sydney Fashion Week very shortly. All you Aussies, keep your eyes out!

The First Kiss, Dali, Bellini. Price upon request.

Zara Spring/Summer 2007

Caught this on Fashionologie and had to post… I love Zara, what can I really say? It’s gorgeous clothes, with great details for reasonable prices. See the Spring/Summer 2007 collection online here.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Work is well, work. Nirali is also picking up steam and demands a heck of a lot of time. See me over there from time to time on The Daily. xoxo

Love the look with the oversized watch.
