Alvin Lustig was one of the greatest graphic designers of our time. Available now on his website are limited-edition prints of some of his well-known book covers. Gorgeous color, composition and typography. Screenprinted by master printer, Luther Davis, “Colors were mixed by hand to match the original jackets from the 1940âs and printed on high quality 100% Cotton (lightly textured, soft white) Archival Coventry Rag (335gsm) using water-based inks and enamel black.” Gorgeous stuff. I’d love to have one on my wall.
