A Potion Brand Holiday

Melissa of Potion Brand dropped me a lovely email. She is offering a great selection of holiday cards in boxed sets of 12 as well as personalized greetings with your own message printed on the insides. Love the cards, the color combinations and the great patterns. Bonus: Purchase any of their greeting cards and receive a set of free holiday gift tags, just enter “petitgreet” when you check out.

Pretty Little Things

While flipping through an Anthropologie catalog, I came across these great ceramic bowls. Love the quality of color of glazes on the insides. The gold ones are so pretty, perfect for holiday entertaining.

Holidays at Port2Port

There are some lovely holiday card options available now at Port2Port’s Etsy Shop. As always, totally swoon-worthy. The limited edition calendar sold out already today, be quick and put your orders in for cards lest your favorites be gone soon too. (thanks Joy & Grace for the heads up.)

Roland Mouret for the Gap

Roland Mouret will be unveiling his collection of dresses in the U.S. for the Gap on December 1. The collection of ten dresses caused a riot in London last week as it was unveiled there. Lovely stuff… I’ve only seen a few dresses from the collection and I really like what I’m seeing. Very wearable and—dare I say—comfortable looking dresses. According to the Telegraph, Mouret tested his dresses on girls in the Gap offices rather than fit models. Three of the ten dresses are for Project(Red) and the most expensive dress in the collection tops out at $108. Love that.

Squeaky Clean

Love Made Visible has a new look! Kind of. I’ve made just a few changes around here. As much as I’ve loved using Blogger over the years (Since 2001!) I recently discovered the joy of using WordPress through Nirali. Please take a look around. Some of the new features include: categories (26 to be exact!), forward and back buttons on each post page so going back to the index isn’t necessary, and an integrated search feature to find past posts easily.

Of course none of this would not be possible if it wasn’t for the fabulous Arun Kale who coded this custom theme for me. Blogger templates I can handle but PHP? Scary! Thanks so much to Arun.

Please let me know what you think in the comments. (Especially if you have browser issues.) Hope you like it!

Kareem Iliya

Absolutely loved the work of Kareem Iliya… reminds me of Mats Gustafson but with bolder patterns. These watercolor illustrations are so inspiring. Great color sense… great everything, really. (via Juniper)
